Recipe - Tarragon Chicken

A wonderful, simple chicken recipe for dinner.


Tarragon Chicken

Ingredients
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. fresh tarragon (chopped)
2 tsp. lite soy sauce
1 clove of garlic (chopped)
2 while chicken breasts (halved)
1 cup onions (chunks)
1 cup carrots (chunks)
1 cup zucchini (chunks)

Pre-heat oven at 350

Combine the vinegar, tarragon , garlic and soy sauce together and pour over the chicken breast.  Marinate chicken breast in refridgerator for at least 1 hour.

Broil the chicken in the oven for 10 minutes then add the veggies. brush the marinate over the veggies before returning to the oven . bake for 10 more minutes and then brush the veggies again with the marinate. Return to the oven for the final 10 minutes.
